We are talking about a man-made barrier island that is called Billionaire Bunker because of the number of rich people that live on this island. The neighborhood frequently makes headlines because of its rich and famous residents. Some of the residents of this place include Julio Iglesias, Tom Brady, Adriana Lima, Carl Icahn, and Edward Lampert. Featuring only 41 residential home sites, Indian Creek Island covers 300 acres of land. The island offers a high level of privacy and security thanks to the State of Florida police and 24/7 armed marine patrol that monitors the waters surrounding Indian Creek Island. Moreover, it also has the Indian Creek Country Club, which includes a William Flynn-designed 18-hole golf course. Well, this golf course is considered one of the finest and occupies the interior of the island with a few holes on the waterfront, and an elite country club. From its original tees, the course length is only 6,600 yards and is considered one of the most desirable courses to play in the country.
