The building’s architecture was created by Bermello Ajamil & Partners, an interdisciplinary firm with an award-winning reputation that offers complete planning, design, and construction services.
As the apartments are all finished and furnished, the interior is done by the famous Adriana Hoyos Design Studio, A furniture company that is dedicated to design elegant modern furniture for both homes and hotels. The design’s uniqueness is a result of the passionate work of a team of expert craftsmen and excellent materials.
The Avenue in Coral Gables is an 11-story luxury building with 54 modern 1 and 2-bedroom residences and penthouses. Its construction will begin this year and is scheduled to be finished by fall of 2024. The building also has a 3,536 square foot of luxury retail spacing at the ground floor as an additional option for you to purchase. I must say that even though the spaces are very limited, you know this is an excellent option to purchase too, correct? I mean you can purchase a space or the whole space.
