In fact, Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden is set to open their brand new Palmetum this year, a stunning collection of palm trees from around the world.

This is one of Miami’s most famous parks and magnificent gardens. This stunning property is located on the shores of Biscayne Bay and features beautifully landscaped gardens, a Renaissance-style mansion, and breathtaking views of the bay.
The landscape resembles a sequence of rooms and was inspired by Italian and French gardens from the 17th and 18th centuries. The architects drew inspiration from many different locations, primarily in and around Rome and Florence. Pretty much, visitors can explore the formal Italian gardens, stroll through the lush tropical foliage, and even take a guided tour of the Vizcaya Museum to learn about its rich history.
The intriguing Secret Garden, Maze Garden, Theater Garden, and Fountain Garden are located beyond the central area. A native subtropical well maintained woodland can be found further on the other side, complementing the rich gardens.
At the Vizcaya, over 2000 plants are housed in greenhouses, which are largely used for floral displays in the David A. Klein Orchidarium and the courtyard of the Main House.
The gardens have a diverse collection of plants, including old oak trees, native shrubs, and endangered orchids and water lilies. However, the woodland is home to numerous species of endangered plants, including Bitterbush, Maidenhair Fern, the Redberry Stopper, and eight well-known national champion trees.
Bayfront Park is located in the heart of Downtown Miami and is one of the city’s most popular green spaces. With its lush lawns, water features, and stunning views of Biscayne Bay, Bayfront Park is the perfect place to take a break from the city and enjoy the great outdoors. Visitors can take a walk along the park’s famous “Rumble in the Jungle” jogging path, attend concerts and events, or simply relax and take in the views.
The 32 acres of verdant grounds with the Klipsch Amphitheater and the Tina Hills Pavilion, is one of the best places to relax in Miami. Just two of the several annual community activities held in this park are the Fourth of July fireworks and the New Year’s Eve countdown.
You can see cruise ships, the marina, and dolphins jumping and playing while luxury boats sail through Biscayne Bay, walk through the newly refurbished baywalk through the rock garden, waterfall, and numerous benches, which is sheltered by oak and palm trees.
And throughout the week, the place even hosts fitness courses and you can even practice free beginner-level yoga skills while enjoying stunning views of Biscayne Bay and Downtown Miami.

The park also has walking trails that are perfect for hiking and jogging, you can also do biking, and fishing. The scenery is just breathtaking, offering absolutely breathtaking views of the bay and the Miami skyline.
One of the main attractions of Matheson Hammock Park is the Matheson Hammock Marina, which is a popular spot for boating enthusiasts. The marina is located at the edge of the lagoon and has a lot of facilities for visitors. You can rent a boat, take a fishing trip, or enjoy a sunset cruise. The marina also has a restaurant where you can enjoy a meal and watch the sunset.
For children, the park has a playground with swings, slides, and other fun equipment that children can play on. And also has a butterfly garden, where you can see different species of butterflies and learn about their habitats.

One of the most unique features of the Miami Beach Botanical Garden is the “Japanese Garden”, a peaceful and serene area filled with beautiful water features, bridges, and authentic Japanese plants. Another highlight is the “Orchid Garden”, where you can see some of the most exotic and beautiful orchids from all over the world. Finding orchids in the garden’s trees and on the ground is a highlight, as is gazing at the largest and oldest palm trees in the area in the northeast and smelling the fragrant ylang-ylang tree.
