Is this even possible in Miami in this 2021?
As we know, in Miami the market is moving a lot.
On the one hand, there is not much inventory which has resulted in bidding wars between first and second-home buyers.
On the other hand, we have the new constructions which you could get inventory, but you will likely have to wait for it to be built. However, when we talk about investors we have to go back to the point that first, there is not much inventory, and second if you want to obtain a good return and invest smart, your options are even more limited.
So in this week’s video, I wanted to bring you something worth it since it is not very usual in Miami.
Today we will talk about two new buildings in privileged locations which will give the buyer the option to generate more investment by renting it in short rentals, which is known as Airbnb.
