Keep in mind that the cost of living can vary depending on a number of factors, including the average salary and the real estate market of any area. Now, the data also suggests that the median rent in Doral is $2,496 dollars per month and the average energy bill is $188.14 dollars per month. Again, keep in mind that energy consumption and utility prices may differ based on personal use patterns and the size of the home.  When we talk about healthcare, it costs 5% less than the national average. The overall cost of vehicle ownership, including gas, insurance, and maintenance, is comparable to the national average. You might also want to note that dining out can be pricey, especially in busy spots, but there are still cheaper choices.

The city’s parks feature playgrounds, walking trails, sports fields, and picnic areas. Popular parks include Morgan Levy Park, Legacy Park, Doral Central Park which is temporarily closed due to renovations and is expected to reopen by the end of this year, and Veterans Park. Another good point is that Doral is renowned for its world-class golf courses. The Trump National Doral Miami is a premier golf resort with five championship courses designed by renowned golf architects. Whether you’re a seasoned golfer or a beginner, there are plenty of opportunities to indulge in this popular sport. We also have the Costa Del Sol Golf Club which is an 18 hole course in Doral open to the public. If you enjoy live performances, Doral has a variety of entertainment venues.  The Doral Yard is a popular gathering place that hosts live music, cultural events, and food festivals.
