We know that we have been in a strong seller’s market for long time and buyers have been struggling for homes, they have been insanely hunting for homes for over a year now.
So, which have been South Florida’s hottest neighborhoods?
According to a recent article from the South Florida Business Journal and the Florida Realtors data of Q2 they put together a very interesting report of the Hottest Neighborhoods for Home Sales in South Florida.
I must mention that the high-end neighborhoods had the most significant increases in sales.
The report show that nine of 25 ZIP codes had a median home sales price of more than $1 million. Additionally, four were between $800,000 and $1 million.
Even though the trend of relocating during the pandemic brought many wealthy buyers from across the country acquiring high-end homes in South Florida, we are going to talk of Miami Dade County and Broward county zip codes only.

The East Side of Weston offers residents a calming suburban feel – there are a lot of coffee shops and parks. Many families enjoy Weston, and residents tend to lean liberal. What’s more, the public schools in Weston are highly rated!
